  • The advisory process is carried out by investment experts who are backed by advanced analysis systems.
The investment advisory process consists of a number of stages, which allow us to customize our recommendations to your personal needs and the state of the market.

    Stage I

Using a sophisticated specification model to assess your objective and subjective parameters, our investment expert will determine the risk level appropriate to your needs and characteristics.

    Stage II

Benleumi has a computerized decision-supporting consultancy system, which accompanies the advisory process carried out by the investment consultants in a structures manner. This system is a unique to the Benleumi and allows the investment consultant to build an investment portfolio tailor fit the client’s needs and characteristics.
Based on your characterization and the risk level it reflects, the system will present the recommended composition of your investment portfolio, specifying the asset allocation among the various investment channels, while taking market conditions and the professional evaluation of the bank’s leading professionals into consideration.  The composition of this portfolio will serve as the basis for creating the optimal investment portfolio for you, over the course of consultations with the investment expert, based on what is desirable and recommended for you in particular.

Asset allocation is a step within the advisory process, in which the recommended composition of the investment portfolio is determined according to the investor's characteristics – resources, risk level, the objective of the funds, etc.
The asset allocation shows the relative distribution between the various investment channels, without addressing specific assets.  For example: the proposed asset allocation for a conservative investor requiring a high level of liquidity may be comprised of a recommendation for a certain measure of investments in monetary trust funds or NIS deposits, but will not include a recommendation for a specific fund or deposit.

    Stage III - Specific Consultation

With every proposed investment channel, you will receive specific recommendations for specific products in Israel and abroad (shares, bonds, trust funds, ETF, etc.) out of a wide variety of investment instruments, which are in keeping with your characteristics.

    Stage IV - Documentation

At the end of the advisory process, the minutes documenting the consultation, including the recommendations provided, will be produced. The minutes are documented in the advisory system and saved by the bank and will be made available to you at your request.
The process is documented according to law and allows us to refer back to previous recommendations in future consultations.

Interested in setting up a consultation meeting? Conveniently set up a meeting in one of the following ways:
    • If you have an account at Benleumi, you can contact your branch and set up a consultation meeting with your personal banker.
    • Second Opinion allows you to get a second opinion on your investment portfolio free of charge, even if you do not have a Benleumi account. To do so, contact Beleumi Call at *3009 or leave your details on the bank's website and we will get back to you and schedule a meeting at your branch of choice.
