CPA. A member of FIBI management, deputy CEO and head of the corporate division until 2020. Served as chairman of Bank Massad and before then chairman of FIBI London. Graduated with a B.A. in economics and political science and an M.B.A. in business administration from the Hebrew University.
Orna Mintz-Dov
B.A. Accounting and Economics, M.S.c. Information Technology. Both at Tel Aviv University. Chairman at Vicarius.io and serves on the Advisory Board of several software and cyber-security Start-Ups in Israel. Until 2019 served as the GM, Cyber fraud and Risk management, at Bottomline technologies.
Pnina Bitterman-Cohen
Advocate , LL.B Degree from the Tel Aviv University, formerly Legal Counsel and VP of Polar Investment Company. In addition, served during the past thirty years on boards of directors of public and private companies operating in industrial, real estate, communication and financial fields, including the First International Bank (2009-2018).
Dr. Ronen Harel

Roni Hizkiyahu
Until 2020 he served as the Accountant General at the Ministry of Finance. Before then, as Supervisor of Banks at the Bank of Israel and subsequently chairman of FIBI Bank. He also serves as chairman of Negev Minerals, a member of the governing council of Aaron Institute and the board of trustees of Ben-Gurion University. Holds an M.A. in industrial engineering and management from Ben Gurion University.
Roni Michael
CPA. Holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University. Over 25 years of professional experience in the domains of technology, innovation, risk management and IT audits. Led key positions in KPMG, both in Israel and in globally, including leading KPMG International’s global innovation, as well as establishing and leading KPMG’s technology arm in Israel – KPMG Edge. In her last position, she served as head of KPMG Israel’s technology arm.
